- How do I change / cancel my order?

You can change or cancel anytime, as soon as the order hasn’t ship.

- Can I exchange my order?

We do not have exchanges, you have to follow the return process and buy the desire piece again.

- When will you ship my order?

Orders typically are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

- I received my order, but one of the items is missing or incorrect.

Just send us an email and we will fix it right away.  

- How long should my order take to arrive?

We use USPS, they usually takes 5 – 7 business days for delivery.

- Why does my order require signature upon delivery?

Orders over 500.00 dollars needs to be secured with insurance and signature after delivery.

- What’s your return policy?

- Do I have to pay for the return shipping label?

Since we have free shipping, If we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping fees, otherwise customer has to pay for return shipping label fees.

- How long does it take to get my refund?

After product arrive and being inspected.
