Returns, refunds, exchanges & cancel policies

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalized orders.

We only cover return shipping fees when you receive a wrong or defective item.

Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted for return.

If your package is returned due to an invalid address, we can reship it – additional shipping costs may apply.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, packaging and accessories attached.

If you have purchased any buy 1 get 1 free products promotion, you will need to return both items to receive a refund.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund. 

 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges, you have to follow the return process and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Change /cancel order 

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
